Volunteer Opportunities

Help connect teens to hope as an adult volunteer

The effort to prevent teen suicide is strongest when the community works together. We primarily work with teen volunteers ages 15-19, but occasionally we will have opportunities for adult volunteers at Teen Lifeline. Most often, these opportunities involve support for our annual events and seasonal communications. If you have any questions or ideas about adult volunteer opportunities, please contact our Fund Development Specialist Luis Barcelo at luis@teenlifeline.org.

Thank you so much for investing in Arizona youth! Together, we will save lives, preserve families, encourage hope, and promote resilience.

Internship opportunities and teen volunteers

If you’re a teen looking to volunteer as a peer counselor on Teen Lifeline’s hotline, please go to the Become a Peer Counselor page.

In addition to teen volunteers, Teen Lifeline also has an internship program for college students majoring in behavioral science, communications, graphic design, and related fields. If this description fits you, explore our current internship opportunities on our Careers & Internships page.
